Dear Brenda,

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the Fiber 35 Diet. Over the years I have tried many diets. I always achieved my weight loss goal but I knew for some reason that it might not last. I bumped into the Fiber 35 Diet after buying a Renew Life Total Body Cleanse package, watched the DVD and looked up your name on the internet. The Fiber 35 Diet is the easiest, most effective, cheapest and healthiest diet anyone can do in my opinion. It is extremely easy to follow, and I never feel like I'm starving. It's a great thing that I must eat on a regular basis. I don't need to cook separately for myself. I only have to eat the foods God intended for us to eat anyway. It is just awesome! I'm 30 years old. So far I've lost 10 lbs. with another 10 lbs. to go to reach my goal. Thank you so much!!!

Dear Brenda,

I was visiting my local health food store. I was looking for a weight loss plan, when I happened up on your Fiber 35 Diet products. I have what doctors are calling IBS C. The C is for constipation. I thought to myself "What could it hurt?" I was in need of a fiber product any way. I purchased the fiber shake and the sprinkle fiber. Just using those products I lost 11 pounds in just two weeks...YES! I could not believe it. I then purchased your book and have been following your advice and the pounds keep falling off. I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the Fiber 35 Diet plan. I am tracking everything and keeping thorough records. I’ve been on an exercise routine for several months. It was only when I started tweaking my diet with the fiber/protein shakes and bars that I began to notice big changes. To date, I have lost a total of 20 pounds of body fat! I was the typical yo-yo dieter. I have tried so many diets in the past and always ended up struggling to lose that last 10 to 20 pounds since high school. My biggest problem is sugar – ice cream, cake, etc. When I turned 50 this past year, I had a physical and my doctor told me that my blood pressure was in the pre-hypertension state and that I should consider taking medication. I didn’t want to go down this path because one medication might lead to another and another. It was basically a wake up call. I decided then to take charge of my health and find a way to eat that would work for me long-term.

When I started the Fiber35 Diet, I weighed 140 pounds, which was about 14 pounds more than the ideal weight for my height and frame. I expected to be hungry all the time on this plan because that’s how I had felt on every other diet I've tried. But I was pleasantly surprised and soon it became a lifestyle that was easy to maintain. After just two weeks, I felt better than I have in years, and my energy level rivaled my two Jack Russell terriers! I dropped about 2 pounds a week and I'm down to a healthy weight of 126 pounds in 7 weeks. The best part was that I never felt as if I was “on a diet.” And I didn’t fall back into my old poor eating habits.

Dear Brenda,

When I started the Fiber35 Diet, I weighed 210 pounds. My goal was to lose 30 pounds. As a restaurateur who constantly works with food, I faced a daily challenge to keep my weight under control. I knew it was time to find a way of eating that would be satisfying and keep me fit for life. The main reason I wanted to lose weight was for my health and to prevent heart disease, not so much to look good. Also, at 45 and the father of two young children, I wanted to have more energy to keep up with them.

I started the Fiber35 Diet and an exercise routine everyday except Sunday, and I lost about 3 pounds a week for six weeks, totaling 18 pounds. My weight loss continued in the next six weeks, and I dropped another 12 pounds and finally reached my goal. I've been able to maintain this now for two years and I've never felt deprived. I'm no longer afraid of being exposed to food all day long because the high fiber foods I eat now satisfy me completely and keep me from overeating. I even allow myself to eat my favorite southern foods on Sundays! And if I ever veer off course for a few days, I get right back on track and those extra pounds go away.

My cholesterol has dropped significantly with the diet and has stayed that way, which is the best news. Looks aside, having a body that is healthier is the ultimate reward for making a change in your lifestyle. When friends and family members ask me how I did it, I'm happy to share my secret.

This is my second week on the Fiber 35 Diet. I am so excited because I’ve already lost 3 pounds and I haven’t been hungry! I have made my local produce aisle my best friend and I’m feeling healthier by the minute.
